Breaking the fast with neighbouring villagers

This tradition in the fasting month of Ramadan has been organized yearly by DIAN/Interfidei for twenty years now, out of the 26 years of its existence.

This year, the Ustadz came from the Sunan Pandanaran Pesantren, Yogyakarta, a pesantren with many qualified Kyai’s and Ustadz’. The ceremony was also attended by the Head of the village, District Head, students and other friends from different religions, such as Christian, Buddha, Hindu etc.
